Update January 2023: This is an older article and still holds up for those shooting with older Kinefinity cameras, however since the release of the Edge cameras we have never seen this issue again.
It rarely happens but if it happens you feel anxious to use the camera again.
Let’s talk about the glitch issue which is very rare and seems to happen only on a seldom base.
The issue only happens during one consecutive frame and mostly is an issue of the ssd or the image processor cache. If such an issue happens you have to contact kinefinity support, and send them your footage or a picture, plus a copy of the slate file and it will be taken care of.
