Description
FUJIFILM X-H2S. A measured match to ARRI.
Bring FUJIFILM X-H2S F-Log2 and F-Log2 C footage into an ARRI colour pipeline, with a mathematical camera match calculated for every pixel. Choose ARRI Wide Gamut 3 / LogC3 or ARRI Wide Gamut 4 / LogC4 and work with the grading tools, show LUTs and look libraries built around that target.
Your purchase includes the complete Gafpa Gear ARRI Color Match OFX. Alongside the X-H2S, the first release supports selected Kinefinity, Sony, Nikon and Panasonic cameras. We will keep adding camera models and profiles over time. Future supported camera profiles are included at no additional cost. See the Supported cameras tab for the full list.
A closer ARRI match than our previous Fujifilm LUTs
New laboratory measurements and formula-based camera matching allow us to match the FUJIFILM X-H2S much more closely to our ARRI reference than our previous LUTs. The OFX combines a new camera-characterisation process with a mathematical transform calculated directly for every pixel, improving both colour accuracy and transformation precision.
Choose ARRI Wide Gamut 3 / LogC3 or ARRI Wide Gamut 4 / LogC4. Both targets use the new camera-matching pipeline, bringing your F-Log2 and F-Log2 C footage into the ARRI colour workflow you want to use.
Work seamlessly in your Resolve colour pipeline
Work seamlessly in DaVinci YRGB, DaVinci YRGB Color Managed or ACES, including DaVinci Wide Gamut / Intermediate workflows. The OFX automatically detects supported working colour spaces and integrates the camera match into your grade. Select your camera profile and ARRI target; keep working in your preferred supported colour space.
One purchase. The complete OFX.
No subscription. No separate camera packs. This Fujifilm listing and the main Gafpa Gear ARRI Color Match OFX listing provide the same complete plugin. If you already own the OFX, the supported Fujifilm profiles are included and you do not need to buy it again.
Pre-order €79 excluding VAT until 1 November 2026. Save €100 against the €179 release price. Release: 14 November 2026. This is a development pre-order; the Licence & release tab contains the release terms and refund guarantee.
Read the story behind the OFX
How we measure camera colour response, build the mathematical camera match and test its behaviour across exposure. Our Gafpa School article explains the development of the OFX and the role of metamerism, calibration and independent test material.
Independently developed by Gafpa Gear. This is not an official FUJIFILM or ARRI product.
X-H2S: F-Log2 and F-Log2 C
F-Log2 / F-Gamut
Fujifilm defines F-Log2 with the F-Gamut colour space. This is the first of the two X-H2S input formats announced for the OFX.
F-Log2 C / F-Gamut C
F-Log2 C uses F-Gamut C, a wider colour gamut than F-Gamut. The change concerns the colour encoding as well as the name shown in the camera menu. Treating an F-Log2 C recording as ordinary F-Log2 applies the wrong gamut interpretation.
Use the input configuration that corresponds to the recorded footage. A colour-space conversion alone is different from a camera-specific match: decoding the log signal establishes the working representation, while the measured transform addresses the camera response.
See Fujifilm’s X-H2S recording settings, F-Log2 data sheet and F-Log2 C data sheet.

The purchase also includes the other supported camera models listed on the complete Gafpa Gear ARRI Color Match OFX page. Future supported camera profiles are included under the same product offer.

Formula-based. Not LUT-based.
The new colour pipeline does not use a finite 3D LUT or colour table to perform the camera match. Instead, controlled camera measurements are used to fit a mathematical model describing the relationship between the FUJIFILM X-H2S and our ARRI reference.
The resulting transformation is evaluated mathematically for every pixel. A conventional 3D LUT approximates a continuous colour relationship using a finite grid, with intermediate values reconstructed through interpolation. Our new pipeline instead evaluates the fitted mathematical functions directly.
This enables very high precision with substantially lower interpolation and quantisation error than our previous LUT-based workflow.
More precision and greater colour accuracy
Lower transformation distortion is only half of the improvement. We have also redesigned the camera measurement and data-fitting process itself.
Our new laboratory tests characterise camera behaviour across exposure, allowing us to model:
- Neutral response
- Colourimetry
- Saturation behaviour
- Contrast
- Tonal response
- Exposure-dependent colour behaviour
The result is therefore improved in two independent ways: lower distortion in the mathematical transformation and greater colour accuracy relative to the ARRI reference.
The goal isn’t merely to make a ColorChecker look similar under one exposure condition. The goal is to characterise how the camera behaves.
Choose between ARRI AWG3 and AWG4
For every supported camera you can choose your target directly inside the OFX.
ARRI Wide Gamut 3 / LogC3
For the classic Alexa colour pipeline and existing AWG3 / LogC3 workflows.
ARRI Wide Gamut 4 / LogC4
For ARRI’s newer colour pipeline and integration into an ARRI Reveal workflow. The camera match is calculated specifically for the selected ARRI target.
Why ARRI AWG3 and AWG4?
ARRI’s colour pipelines are a familiar starting point for many professional colourists. Established grading tools, show LUTs and look libraries are built around Alexa footage in AWG3 / LogC3 or AWG4 / LogC4.
Offering these two targets lets you bring FUJIFILM X-H2S footage into that same foundation. Choose AWG3 / LogC3 for an existing classic Alexa workflow, or AWG4 / LogC4 for the newer ARRI pipeline. You can then build your grade using the tools and looks designed for your chosen target.
These are the camera-match targets, while the OFX’s integration with your Resolve working colour space is handled separately.
DaVinci YRGB, Color Managed and ACES
This OFX runs exclusively in DaVinci Resolve. It is designed for DaVinci YRGB, DaVinci YRGB Color Managed and ACES workflows. A DaVinci Resolve licence is not included.
Automatic working colour-space detection
The plugin is designed to automatically detect the supported working colour space in DaVinci Resolve. Whether you are grading in DaVinci Wide Gamut / Intermediate, ACES, or another supported colour-managed workflow, you don’t have to manually configure the OFX for that working colour space.
Simply select:
- FUJIFILM X-H2S and the matching F-Log2 or F-Log2 C input
- ARRI AWG3 / LogC3 or AWG4 / LogC4
The OFX is designed to integrate the camera match into the detected supported working colour space, including DaVinci Wide Gamut / Intermediate and ACES. This avoids a chain of manual colour-space conversions solely to accommodate the camera match.
Keep source encoding, match target and working space distinct
F-Log2 / F-Gamut and F-Log2 C / F-Gamut C are source encodings. AWG3 / LogC3 and AWG4 / LogC4 are the ARRI camera-match targets. DaVinci Wide Gamut / Intermediate and ACES describe working-space choices in Resolve. Correct integration keeps these stages consistent and avoids decoding the source log signal twice.
What the transform can and cannot do
A colour transform cannot manufacture sensor information that was never captured. It cannot give the X-H2S sensor additional dynamic range, recover clipped highlights or literally turn the camera into an Alexa.
What it can do is transform the colour and tonal information that was captured towards the measured response of our ARRI reference with very high precision.
The goal is not to pretend the cameras are identical. The goal is to allow them to speak the same colour language.
